Dr. Simoncini of Rome is an Oncologist that has developed a revolutionary system for curing Cancer.

He uses Sodium Bicarbonate to treat all forms of cancer. His successes have been tremendous.

This came across my desk and I was totally amazed! Candida is usually treated as a fungus, and if that is the case, could Candida be a precursor to Cancer?

Read what Dr. Simoncini has to say, it is really amazing, and I hope more people look at this an option for treatment rather than the conventional forms of treatment.

Wishing good health to everyone!

Are you on high blood pressure medicine or overweight and worried about Diabetes? It has almost become an epidemic with Americans to be overweight and verging on heart disease and diabetes. You don’t have to be one of these people. You can do something today that will create change in the rest of your life and your children’s life.

One is to start eating more fruits and vegetables. Fast food is high in preservatives and the bad kind of fat…the saturated fats that cause your arteries to clog with cholesterol. Get the fast food that you can take with you. Carrots, bananas, apples and plums that can be eaten as snacks. No preparation and easy to pack.

Start an exercise program…No time? Walking is a great form of exercise and can be done anywhere, anytime with out a gym membership. Studies have shown that by just walking 20 minutes 3 times a week and watching your diet and drinking water, you could lose 15 pounds in a month. This isn’t to mention that you would be that much healthier. More and more children are becoming overweight, and that can be caused by the fats in fast food and not getting enough exercise.

Have more family time by walking together in the evening or weekends. Get a pedometer and you can measure your footsteps at the mall, or walking from the parking to the office everyday. Park a little farther away and work off some extra calories.

You can do it, because I did it! It works. But to help the process along, good fats are extremely important and fish oil gel caps are easy to take, and they are beneficial in lowering the fat in the blood that causes LDL cholesterol. They are easy to buy and I have found a great resource at wholesale prices.

Start getting healthy today…you will be so happy you did. Your energy level will increase and your mood will improve!

Have a Healthy Day!
Fish Oil Products at wholesale prices!

More people are becoming aware of Autism these days and although no-one likes to think that their child may have something wrong with them, the number of children diagnosed with Autism seems to have increased over recent years. It is because of the increase in awareness of the disorder that people are learning more about the symptoms of Autism and then may relate them to their own children.

There are many symptoms of Autism and these symptoms will vary from child to child. Some symptoms are also similar to symptoms of other disorders so if your child has one or two symptoms it does not necessarily mean that they have the disorder. So even if your child is slower at some developmental milestones than other children it may not mean that they are Autistic, some children are just later at developing than others.

If you are concerned about your child’s development then you should speak to your health care provider who should be able to recommend whether further testing should be considered. There are no blood tests to test for Autism and it can only be diagnosed by several visits with a paediatrician or psychiatrist and so it is important to seek the help of these professionals rather than to self diagnose your child. The earlier that you have your child diagnosed by a professional the better chance of successful treatment for your child.

All children are different and each child will develop at their own rate so don’t compare your child with other children and immediately assume that something is wrong with your child because they haven’t reached a particular milestone that everyone else’s children seems to have reached already. You will find with children also that even though they may reach some milestones later than normal, they may excel at others and reach them much earlier than normal.

As a parent, sometimes you just ‘know’ that something isn’t right. You just know in your heart that your child has something wrong and that it is a bit more than just ‘normal late development’. If your gut instinct is telling you that there may be something wrong then by all means consult a doctor and if they don’t agree but your gut is still telling you something is wrong then get a second opinion. Don’t under estimate a mother’s instinct.

If your child is Autistic it can change your life in a big way. You will need to learn as much as you can about the disorder and you will need to change your lifestyle to suit it. Although a diagnosis may take some time, once you have that diagnosis it does bring some measure of relief as you know that there is a reason for your child’s behaviour and once you know what it is then you can take steps to treat it.

Here are some of the signs of Autism that if your child shows then they may need further evaluation.

1.	No eye contact
2.	None or minimal communication
3.	None or minimal show of emotions
4.	They do not pretend play
5.	May use repetitive movements
6.	Is very upset with any changes in their life or schedule
7.	May be unresponsive when spoken to
8.	Will have repetitive habits
9.	May lose skills that they previously had
10.	Experience greater sensory reactions, such as they may be sensitive to certain smells, lights or noises.

If your child shows any of these signs then you may want to seek professional help and get a diagnosis so you can start a treatment plan. Remember though that children do develop differently and some will take a little longer than others and that is completely normal, so don’t stress too much over a little delay in reaching a milestone.

Do you often find it difficult for you or your children to concentrate and pay attention to details? Have you ever notice that you have been intensely struggling to achieve a tantamount of focus over your career and personal life? Maybe you can not seem to organize your priorities because you get so easily bored, distracted, and frequently procrastinate. These so called habits can hamper your capacity to do well at work and get the promotions you deserve despite your commendable credentials. Many believe this is a simple lack of presence of mind. However, if you suffer from these or other similar struggles you could be among the 3% - 5% of the population suffering from neurological disorders called Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

ADD and ADHD are chronic developmental disorders that usually manifest during the formative years of children. However, when left untreated, is retained in adulthood. ADD and ADHD are neurological disorders that are caused by glitches in the functioning of the endocrine system. Under normal circumstances, the body secretes a regular amount of the hormone melatonin that regulates the physiological clockwork of humans. People diagnosed with either ADD or ADHD tend to produce a lesser amount of melatonin and this often results in a reduced level of attentiveness, or hyperactivity in the case of ADHD. These disorders often become severe impairments.

ADHD is often easier to observe than ADD because the symptoms of hyperactivity and impulsivity are often more discernable. Symptoms include frequent mobility or the inability to stay in one place, talking too much, and extreme restlessness or fidgeting, which is common in children diagnosed with ADHD. The symptoms for ADD are confined to blatant inattention that often results to carelessness and aversion over mental activity. Children inflicted with ADD.

often find it difficult to concentrate at school and excel; adults tend to be easily distracted, disorganized, and hardly achieving their true potentials over their chosen careers.

The existence of any of these symptoms, however, does not instantly mean that you are inflicted with the disorder. It is advisable to consult a neurologist to diagnose and treat your condition. Moreover, should you or any of your children be diagnosed with either ADD

or ADHD it is best to shift to healthier diets and take homeopathic medication to cure these conditions. There are bottled herbal remedies online that are formulated with powerful herbs to help you increase your attention span and concentration, enhance your memory, or keep your child relaxed and less impulsive. It is never too late to correct an attention disorder that is keeping you from becoming what you are most capable of, and there is no need to succumb to pills that will end up slowing you down or making you tired most of the time. Try natural remedies and be amazed at what you have been missing out on all along.

There are many things that strike fear in the hearts of parents. No one wants to hear that their child has cancer, and they certainly don’t want to hear that they have a heart defect or that a medical condition may permanently affect, or even end, their life. Though the diagnosis of autism is not something that means a child will have a short life, it does mean that they are going to have a different life. No parent wants to hear this, but for many it is a reality. Because there is no known root or cure for autism, this puts parents in a difficult situation. They want to help their child, but they aren’t sure how to do it. This leads some down the path of autism homeopathy treatments.

The biggest stumbling block for accepting homeopathy treatments for any ailment is that people struggle to understand how they work and that if they do why aren’t their doctor’s recommending it?

The thing is that without proper study and education, doctors simply can not recommend something they don’t know about, and they know that if they do, they open the door to trouble. However, parents that choose to try autism homeopathy for their child would be smart to do so under the watchful eye of a medical doctor.

Before you can try autism homeopathy treatments, you have to understand how they work. Unlike cancer, where the illness is treated as an illness, autism and any other medical condition, is treated by symptoms.

This means that you could have twenty children with classic autism, but you would probably find that their homeopathy treatments are all different. This is because each child is unique, and they may have different symptoms in different degrees. Any smart parent will do their research and find someone who can guide them before they jump in. Treating the wrong things in the wrong way will ultimately lead to monumental failure and frustration.

One of the most common homeopathy treatments for children with autism is a change in diet. Some believe that this is the best way to help with symptoms. The most common items eliminated are dairy products. Others like to get rid of food that has been altered in any way. This might include removing any foods with preservatives and colorings. Wheat and gluten intolerance might be a problem, and foods containing those things might be removed to see an improvement. Results with diet modification will vary, but many parents report that this is shown great promise and marked improvement in their autistic children.

Other autism homeopathy treatments include supplements, treatments to remove toxins from the body, speech and socialization therapy, healing through energy (balancing the body energy, much like the principles of acupuncture), natural medicines, and herbal remedies (closely related to natural medicines).

For more information on other homeopathic treatments for autism sign up for the free newsletter below.

It would be unfair to say what results to expect, as each child and each treatment will be different. However, if parents are looking for remedies and answers, this might be a path they wish to explore under the guidance of someone well versed in homeopathy autism treatments.

If you have been looking for healthy snacks for you and your kids, then you have come to the right place. To be quite honest with you, these smoothie recipes are great for your kids even if they aren’t displaying signs of ADD/HD.

They are good brain food recipes. And because they are sweet and have pretty colors, they are enticing for youngsters and many times you can add things that they wouldn’t normally eat. And to enhance their enjoyment, let them participate in the process of making the smoothie. I let my children add their favorite fruits or ingredients and then they have a sense of participation in making their own snack.

A word of caution…if your child displays behavioral changes after their smoothie, than you may need to think about food sensitivities or allergies. Sometimes it isn’t just one food, but it is the combination of foods. A natural allergy elimination program can be quite beneficial in this case. You can contact me for further information or questions at info AT health-now-news DOT com.

Now let’s continue for the delicious recipe…

2 cups organic milk - alternative milk can be used in case of lactose intolerance

1 small 4oz container of organic yogurt (flavored is okay, no food coloring or aspartame)

1 cup frozen blueberries (organic)

3-4 large frozen strawberries (organic)

1 tablespoon Flax oil

Powdered vitamin supplement (I use Natures Way Alive! Vanilla flavor)

I personally add 1-2000 mg’s of Vitamin C powder

1-2 shakes of Stevia (natural sweetner…don’t use anything else)

AND BLEND IT UNTIL SMOOTH

It makes a healthy smoothie anytime, and is especially healthy since it contains antioxidants with the blueberries, the Alive contains fruits, vegetables and green foods. Flax oil is considered a good brain food. And the best part, it has a color kids will love…Purple!

Bon Appetit!

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a common psychological disorder that often becomes perceptible once a child starts preschool. Millions of children are diagnosed with ADHD each year, many of them before the age of six. The most prevalent form of treatment is typically prescription medication, which may help to reduce the symptoms of ADHD so the child can function normally in a school setting. Unfortunately, drug medications are not without side effects and can be addictive. For these reasons, many parents seek treatment for ADHD through behavior therapy.

Behavioral therapy, also known as behavior management, is shown to have positive results on ADHD children. The goal of behavior therapy in ADHD children is to increase the desired behaviors. This is typically achieved through using positive reinforcements when the child acts appropriately. The first step of therapy is typically to improve the relationship between the child and the parents. This is coupled with providing negative consequences and positive reinforcements to help the child increase his or her interest in pleasing the parents.

Part of the success of behavior therapy for ADHD children lies in the active interest and support of the child’s parents. Parents need to take an active role in making the therapy work for their child. This includes making and following a game plan to which both parents need to use to help guide the child to success. Parents should discuss the ongoing therapy with the doctor to ensure that the program is working for their child.

One of the most important factors in using behavioral therapy is to identify the problem early and start treatment as soon as possible. Even very young ADHD children will benefit from some form of behavioral therapy. One problem has always been early detection of ADHD in children. In the past small children that had disciplinary problems may have been expelled and told to wait until they matured slightly to enter pre-school.

Recent studies have found that when behavior therapy is started very young it can be quite successful as an alternative treatment for ADHD. In a 5-year study conducted by researchers at Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, 135 preschoolers with ADHD were treated with a variety of behavior-only therapies. After a year, researchers found that the children’s behavior and learning had improved by about 30 percent. The most effective techniques are based on consistency in rules and routine when dealing with good and bad behaviors.

In many cases, ADHD children can be treated successfully without the use of medications or through the use of reduced medication coupled with behavior therapy. ADHD children respond well the younger they are when they are diagnosed and treated. If you have concerns about whether or not your child is exhibiting symptoms of ADHD you should consult with a doctor. A qualified specialist can perform simple tests to determine if the child has ADHD and if so the severity of the condition.

The treatment methods for Candida are wide-ranging since the symptoms that it causes are so broad. Possible cures, such as probiotics, changing one’s diet so that it is as sugar-free and carb-free as possible, therefore depriving Candida of it’s main source of food and riding yourself of antibiotic treatment, which many consider the original cause of Candida are all popular choices. But if none of those options work for you, what can you do? There are several herbal and all-natural options available.

One of the most popular choices in dealing with Candida is the addition of shark liver oil to your diet. It’s believed that shark liver oil does wonders for the body when it comes to improving the health of the immune system. This is important for sufferers of Candida since the best weapon we all have against Candida running wild in our bodies is our own immune system.

Another popular herbal remedy for Candida is grapefruit seed extract. Grapefruit seed extract is an anti-fungal solution that helps to raise the bodies pH back to a level where it becomes too acidic for the Candida to live. Helping to raise the bodies’ pH level back to healthy levels is an effective way to treat Candida.

Garlic pills are another common, all-natural way to deal with Candida. It’s believed that garlic can inhibit the growth of Candida in the human body since it does have some antimicrobial properties. An even more effective version of garlic, a purified extract known as allyl alcohol, has shown to be effective in killing yeast, and therefore Candida, in lab tests. The same tests have shown that the garlic can start working within hours of ingestion, making it a popular choice.

Certain oils have also demonstrated an ability to kill or suppress Candida in lab tests on animals. Natural oils from cayenne pepper, cloves and especially oregano have been tested and shown to help Candida sufferers. They showed an ability to reduce the amount of Candida in animals with a suppressed immune system and an ability to reduce the overall number of colonies of Candida in animals, as well.

Tea tree oil is another herbal remedy that has shown good anti-fungal properties, as well as anti-Candida properties. Tea tree oil works best when rubbed into the skin in areas where the Candida infection is present, like the feet or anywhere where a Candida-caused outbreak of psoriasis has occurred. Studies showed that the tea tree oil weakened the cell walls of the yeast, making them easier for the bodies immune system to kill off.

Lactoferrin, which comes from whey protein, has been shown in lab studies to help the body fight off yeasts, bacteria and even some parasites. It has shown to survive the stomachs digestive juices and make its way into the intestine where it can battle the Candida.

Because Candida is a fairly new condition and is still so controversial, there really is no medical consensus as to the best way to treat it herbally. The best choice for anyone looking to treat their Candida is to speak with a doctor, or at the very least a trained dietician about what treatment is best for you.
